Last week Secret Sauce F&B Executive Chef, Nadine Donovan, turned up at Fox31 studios to film a live segment with Kathie J and the Everyday show. Why, you ask? Because strawberries. Delicious strawberries that we should all be cooking with right now.
The recipe? Matcha Strawberry Cake -– one of our most popular desserts at Ace Eat Serve. (Matcha is simply finely ground green tea.) Here's the best part... it's easy. Like, just about anyone can do it, home-cook or not. Can you make it with the kids? You bet.

Most living rooms have a couch. Some may have two. But chances are the last time you hosted or crashed a friend's place for the big game you crammed your way onto a loveseat with three of your not-so-closest friends while balancing a plastic plate full of 7-layer dip on with a couple beers on the other.
Here at Ace Eat Serve we believe you need a little elbow room to really put the Super in Super Bowl. The fine folks at Eater.com agree, so they've assembled a list of the best spots in Denver to get out and enjoy the game, see their list here.
Feed your competitive spirit by booking a ping pong table to play a game of your own during half-time. Skip the potluck and order from a full bar and kitchen all day. Not to mention, we'll have our Super Bowl worthy large screen playing the game. Opening at 3pm this Sunday with happy hour specials all day. Call (303) 800-7705 to make your reservation today!

We may not all be on board, but there's no denying that droves of diners are committing to eating cleaner these days. Whether paleo, vegetarian, or vegan, we've all found ourselves seeking restaurants with dishes that accommodate the diets of friends, family, and ourselves. And while Ace Eat Serve does not claim to specialize in serving dishes to please all dietary restrictions, we certainly offer great choices for many of you.
So it was an honor to be recognized with Westword's Best Non-Vegan Restaurant for Vegans, as we have several dishes for our vegan and vegetarian friends. (Something we admire about our favorite Asian cuisines is how they can pay such high respect to vegetarian diets on one hand, and pass down delicious, traditional meat-based recipes with the other.)
Here, now, are some of our favorite vegan-friendly dishes. We promise, none feel like afterthoughts or taste as though there has been an omission of flavor. In fact, many of these have become staff favorites, vegans and carnivores alike.
Mushroom Ramen
Buddha's Delight
Spicy Bean Sprout Salad
Wok Seared Snap Peas
Burmese Fried Rice (vegan when hard boiled egg omitted)
GrowHaus Green Salad
See our full menu here.
This coming Sunday, March 13, will conclude our free weekly Yoga sessions at Ace, as we transition to seasonal sessions that will be announced here and our Facebook page.

Thanks to everyone that made the introductory sessions such a success, we hope to see you this Sunday! Again, stay tuned for seasonal sessions in the future!
